关于紫光集团2021年7月9日公告的声明

紫光集团是长江存储科技有限责任公司（长江存储）的投资股东之一，紫光宏茂微电子（上海）有限公司是长江存储的控股子公司，紫光宏茂有独立的公司治理架构并始终保持独立经营。目前，紫光宏茂的管理团队稳定，运营正常，资金储备充裕。紫光宏茂的经营活动将不会受到紫光集团此次破产重整的司法程序的直接影响。

Tsinghua Unigroup Co., Ltd. (“Unigroup”) is one of the financial investors of Yangtze Memory Technologies Co., Ltd., (“YMTC”). Unimos Microeletronics（Shanghai）Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of YMTC. Unimos is an independent legal entity that is operated by its own management team. At present, the management team of Unimos is stable, operations are normal, and capital reserves are abundant. The operating activities of Unimos will not be directly affected by the bankruptcy restructuring legal proceedings of Unigroup.
